What part? Houston is a huge city.
Generally: hot, humid summer and lots and lots of traffic.

Traffic does not sound fun. I figured it was hot, but it's not too far from the coast, right? I forgot you were in Texas before.

I'm only in Houston in January for a trade show. Even in January you notice the humidity.
